हिन्दु समाज जातिवादी छन् । जातिवादी जात मात्रै पाल्दैन् उच नीचको भावना पाल्छ । शुद्ध असुद्धको भावना पाल्छ । कतिपयले यसलाई सुन्दर पक्षको रुपमा पनि ब्याख्या गर्ने गर्छन् । तर, मैले गहिरिएर घोत्लिएर हेरे, बुझे, अनुभव गरे कहिँ कतै सुन्दर पक्ष भेटाइन । सुन्दर पक्षको आधारशिला मैले मानवता, समानता, स्वतन्त्रता र न्यायलाई अपनाए । यी मानकवाट हेर्ने प्रयास गरे । त्यो सुन्दर पक्ष भेटाउन मलाई गाह«ो भयो । हिन्दु जातव्यवस्था भित्र अमानवता छ । मानवता कहि कतै पाउनु हुन्न । हरेक वर्णभित्र उच नीच, सुद्धता वा असुद्धता व्याप्त छन् । समानताको कुरा गर्दा यहाँ कोहि जन्मिदै उच्च र चोखो, कोहि जन्मिदै निच र अपवित्र जन्मिन्छन् । स्वतन्त्रता त छदै छैन् । आज पनि प्रेम गर्न जातिवादी समाजमा बर्जित छन् । प्रेमले जात भात मान्दैन् । यहाँ प्रेम अस्वीकार्य छन् तर वलत्कार स्वीकार्य छन् । न्याय जातिवादी उदग्र संरचनामा समता, न्यायको कल्पना सम्म गर्न सकिदैन् । जात ब्यवस्थाको कुरा गर्दा अशिकाँस मान्छे दलितको विषय हो भन्छन् । तर, मुख्य कुरा के हो भने जातव्यवस्था चारै वर्णमा व्याप्त छन् । कसैलाई छोडेको छैन् । यसलाई टिकाई राख

The learning started with the discussion to whom we call a poor & poverty and concluded that being poor or poverty is a state where basic needs & rights are missing. Poverty is felt from the audio poem which pictures poverty as a fatal disease through a pregnant lady with load on her head and blood through her legs. A poor isn’t responsible for his/her poverty but the patriarchal society with the unjust exclusions, culture and rules and the unjust , neo-liberised governance is responsible and is practically understood through various case study of Fellows including Gita lama, Manju, Mumtaj, Khusi, Bishnu and Bina KC. Need based programme cares the needs and just fulfills it whereas HRBA focus the root cause and the liable party and works for the change which can leave the long term impact. DAY 1: Blog The day started with the word "moral code" which means beliefs, principles imposed by the society, religion, social group etc. on its members, followed by the concept "Beliefs" whose territory is not limited to the religion or God.
