'Hindu Caste System' has killed public spirit, destroyed the sense of public charity and made public opinion impossible. A Hindu's public is his/her CASTE. Virtue has become caste-ridden and morality has become caste-bound.There is no sympathy to the deserving----sympathy but not for human of other caste. There is no charity to the needy---there is charity BUT it begins with the caste and end with the caste. My caste-men, right or wrong---my caste-men, good or bad...it is a c ase of standing or not standing by the caste.----Hindu observe CASTE not because they are inhuman or wrong-headed----they observe caste because they are deeply religious.........Hindu religion is not build on PRINCIPLE but on RULE-----there is distinction between 'principle and rule'. Rules are practical (habitual way of doing and can be changed) where principles are intellectual and universal.

What is the use of Fundamental rights to the untouchables, most marginalized women ? Experience shows that rights are protected not by law but by social and moral conscience of society. Law can only punish a single culprit and criminal. But, in case of Dalit, in case of marginalized women and communities--it can never operate against a whole body of people...Social and moral conscience is the only safeguard of all rights of fundamental...But the question is ---how can social conscience be developed and generated where there is segregation and separate living spaces determined by birth.

छोरीलाई शिक्षा प्रदान नगर्ने तर बुहारि चाँही पढेलेखे कै हुनु पर्ने । कसरी सम्भव छ ? छोरा र छेरी दुबै शिक्षित हुनु पर्छ । छोरी बुहारी शिक्षीत भएको परिवार छोरा शिक्षीत भएको परिवार भन्दा गुणात्मक रुपमा फरक देखिन्छ ।
