Image
Campaign is core to our theory of change. But, the question is how? who can lead the campaign? Either NGOs or people's organization. Where can it be started? The answer is simple. Marginalized and excluded community should have the legitimacy to lead the campaign and social movement because change requires in their lives. So, campaign has to come upward from the marginalized community and should be led by active people's agencies in solidarity with larger society.
